Associate's Degree in Administrative Management, Public Administration or related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in coordinating and directing administrative support functions for senior level/executive management required. Demonstrated familiarity with office management concepts, practices and procedures required. Demonstrated competencies in multiple computer/software applications and technology (i.e., word processing, spreadsheet applications, production/publishing applications) required. Demonstrated ability towards superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required. Must be well organized and self-directed with ability to work in a changing environment, be flexible and make decisions independently and as directed while utilizing sound judgment and analytical problem-solving skills. Must be energetic, forward thinking and creative with ability to work well and in cooperation with management/staff at a variety of work sites. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding issues relating to employees and individuals served, and demonstrate the ability to relate to and accept individuals with disabilities. Valid NYS Drivers License in accordance with Agency policies; ability to travel with own vehicle to complete agency business. Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
