ABOUT Unity House
Unity House provides transitional housing, permanent housing,
rehabilitative, and employment services daily in six Central
New York counties to more than 700 individuals with developmental disabilities,
mental health illnesses, and those recovering from chemical
dependencies.

MRDD
Services
Unity House's MRDD Residential, Day Habilitation, and Service
Coordination Services motivate, support, and guide consumers
to achieve personal growth, individual goals, and greater independence. |

MENTAL
HEALTH Services
Unity House's Mental Health Services offer a variety of housing
options and rehabilitation and support programs, including a
stand-alone Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (IPRT)
with a Family Consultation component, to individuals with mental
health illnesses. |

EMPLOYMENT
Services
Unity House's Unity Employment Service turns 'Help Wanted' into
'Help Hired' by providing job-ready, qualified employment candidates
pre-screened to match employers' specific job needs, as well
as total employee and employer on-site job support. |

ALCOHOL
and CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY Services
Unity House's Alcohol and Chemical Dependency G.R.A.C..E. House
services, including community residence and individualized recovery
plans supported by staff and peers and a separate supported living
program, are dedicated to the recovery of individuals suffering
from alcoholism and other chemical dependencies. |

PROFESSIONAL
NURSING Services
Unity House's Professional Nursing Service provides around-the-clock
superior nursing care, featuring face-to-face consumer site care
visits and medical and dental consultations as needed, to its
MRDD residential consumers in Cayuga and Tompkins counties. |

AFFILIATIONS
Unity House is actively affiliated with over 40 Central New York
and New York State regulatory, direct care, advocacy, political,
and other entities directly related to the residential, rehabilitative,
and employment welfare of individuals with developmental disabilities,
mental health illnesses, and those recovering from chemical dependencies. |
